We had to switch pediatricians because the one assigned at Loma Linda was not covered by our insurance:( Our new pediatrician wanted to see Emmet at six weeks (which he will be on Thursday). So we went today and he now weights 11 pounds and 7 ounces. He is still 22 inches tall.
He is in the 75th percentile for weight and 50th for height. I guess I should be happy that he is not super tall, that way I can keep him in line for a little while longer. It is always hard to ground someone who is taller than you. Also, he would not be like uncle Josh if he was tall (hee hee, just kidding Josh). Emmet got two shots and was less than pleased. Adam and I didn't think he would get shots until his next appointment. We cheered ourselves back up with a stop by DQ for blizzards. I got the usual chocolate covered cherry and Adam tried the new kit kat blizzard which was not to impressive. Here is Emmet taking his post trauma nap.

I contacted some wrestling friends and we agree that Emmet's [percentile] numbers make him the hands on favorite to be the 2025 California State Wrestling Champion at 171 pounds.
