Emmet LOVES bath time. He enjoys throwing things out of the tub (erg!), splashing, and to my displeasure, sipping tub water from a cup. I have tried to tell him that it is not bathtub gin and that the cup is for rinsing him off. He just looks at me and blows raspberries as if to say, "ya ya ya".
In other news, Emmet is rocking his finger foods and would eat Oatios (organic cheerios) exclusively if I let him! He likes to throw food, so Nyala has a new appreciation for the baby.... and a lot more gas! I guess tofu and peas don't agree with Nyala, but she gobbles them anyhow.
Emmet waves bye bye when people leave now, is still all about the clapping, plays peek-a-boo with his blanket (I am really trying to get a good video of that and hope to share it soon) and continues to point up a storm. He can even pick Uncle Josh out of a photo line up on the fridge. He is also good at finding himself, Cousin Sophie, Violet, and Chloe. Sorry Aunt Jenn! He is still working on your picture. He knows the word no and also knows how to ignore it!
He is a chatter box and has been heard saying, doggie, cat, yuck, and dodecahedron. Ok, not the last one.
Ok, I think the brag fest is over. I have been delinquent in documenting these milestones so I needed to catch up

Oh Emmet, I am so impressed!!! I think Sophie is going to be getting some intense tutoring this weekend. Keep up your good work. Your Aunt Jenny gives you an A+ in all categories, especially cuteness!
