The Tioga Pass field season was fantastic. The Claremont Colleges own a field cabin at my field site! No Way! Yes Way!
Post field we went on numerous summer trips including, San Francisco for Grandma Jessica's wedding, to see Dean and Mel's new digs in Milbank SD, visit friends and family on the East Coast, whew, it was intense.
Then back to field for a bonus fall field season, I hope to make a habit of this!
This fall I have been teaching genetics again and helping revamp the intro bio labs. It has been a very very busy semester but we snuck a few camping weekends in when we could. We are loving our camper.
Sawyer turned two and had a tractor party of epic proportions complete with rented hay bales, a tractor pinata, and a power wheels john deere tractor. We were visited this fall by Grandma Elaine, Grandma Jessica, and the Richmonds! I am sure I left things out and I hope you are not offended because blogging is not easy:) I hope you enjoyed the ketchup!
