Recall that when we last talked about Grandma Jessica's visit, Emmet had a fever, thus the daytime binkying. After the helicopter egg drop and lunch and a nap, we were off to Whippersnappers so that Grandma Jessica could purchase a new pair of shoes for Emmet. Emmet has been wearing a wonderful pair of size 5 1/2 Stride Rights from Grandma Elaine and he had almost worn the sole off of them, not to mention it was getting hard to Velcro his entire meaty extra-wide foot in them. And low and behold but what do our eyes find??????
These kick ass Keens! And what is the style name..... Emmett! (two Ts but close enough).
Here he is strutting off to the park to show off his new foot wear (size 8!).
Here a big kid is getting a little pushy on the slide (j/k Daddy).
Finally, it was off to dinner, Sushi, YUM!

He's catching up to Sophie, she currently wears an 8 1/2.
Madigan has a pair of Keen's we just bought her a couple of months ago. They're still a little bit, but she loves them as much as we do!
