We decided to go visit an apple farm a few weekends ago with our friend Nicky. We are lucky to live only 30 minutes from a small mountain community, Oak Glen, that has apple farms. Unfortunately, all of LA is also capable of day tripping to this area. So it can be crowded. We lucked out and found the last farm that still had apples and we were one of the last few groups that they let in to pick apples. One more hour and we would have missed out.
It was very very fun and crowded but not so crowded that you could not enjoy yourself.
Good thing we brought our six foot seven inch secret apple picking weapon!
We had no trouble filling our bags!
And we found this little-boy-reffic butt apple!
After we picked apples we pet a horse,
Put up with a group photo opp,
Played on a tractor,
Played in the hay,

Ate apples,
And were subjected to more fall photo opps, some of which the kids were cooperative and some not. Can you guess...
