Eastern Sierras (post four)

On Sunday Jeff, Kim, Ranger and I did some field work. Kim and Jeff were very excited...Ranger fell asleep in the ergo, good baby! Then we gathered up the rest of the crew, Adam, Emmet, and Sawyer and grabbed some Mono Cone (yahoo!) lunch and ate it at the County Park. 

Here is Emmet happily trotting back up the boardwalk after checking out birds and tufa. We saw an Indigo Bunting, bird nerd fest continues. Adam, Jeff and Kim left from the park to drive to their homes in So Cal.

Ranger says "Bye and come again."

The departure of three adults shifted the ratio of adults to kids from 4:3 to 1:3,YIKES!

Monday we (I) focused on...

Laundry (yes, cloth diapers in the woods, no running water... I want a mommy merit badge).

And baths...

And good naps for Ranger who has been getting by on crappy on the go naps. Crappy on the go naps = crappy night sleep = crabby mama:)

We did get water hooked up on Sunday!!!! So with the help of Emmet the baby sitter, mama got a shower, hot damn!!

Reinforcements arrived in the form of Grandpa Tim! We met up at the Whoa Nellie Deli. I got the shrimp ceviche, it looked soooo good, I forgot to photograph before diving in!
